CSI was started in March 1996 as a full service Third-party administration/adjusting organization. From the start CSI did not intend to be all things to all clients but instead was and is structured to focus on a client base that understands what true dedicated service really is and that there is not a lot being offered in today’s business world, regardless of what the business does. CSI staff is experienced, professional and courteous. Our strongest asset is relating to clients and their needs and delivering to that client a level of service that is without parallel. The results that CSI achieves for clients means lower program costs for those clients.

CSI is equally successful in all liability programs and workers’ compensation administration. Our self-designed statistical reports are easy to interpret and because the system is ours is easily tailored to a clients needs. CSI has all of the necessary applications for client access to their claim information.

CSI’s 5 character ingredients combine to provide clients with a valuable resource. The following information will relate the individual character to the value that is added to a client’s respective program.

  1. INTEGRITY
    The word as a descriptive term describes the high level of responsibility that every CSI staff member demonstrates to every client on every situation with no exceptions.

  2. RESPONSIVENESS/SERVICE
    At CSI these two words have the same meaning. What we provide is not easy to find these days in any type of business operation. At CSI we use voice mail as it was intended, as a back-up. We do not screen our calls with it. Every claim is treated with equal importance. This allows CSI personnel to move right into the claims process without having to take the time to decide what level of importance to give the matter and thusly to set perceived minor issues aside and possibly allowing them to slip through a crack and become a major issue, at the expense of the client.

  3. RELATIONSHIPS
    This is what any successful business is all about. Before CSI is a claims business we are a people business. An accident or an incident occurs – people are involved, medical personnel may be involved – people, a supervisor loses a worker for a period and because of budgetary constraints may not be able to get a replacement – people are involved, a client has a claim presented against them – people are involved. Knowing how to handle people is as important as knowing the technical aspects of what we do and in reality, good people skills can save more than any other aspect of the administration process. At CSI we make it a point to get to know the people we serve, what they expect, and what type response works best for each person.

  4. EFFECTIVENESS/RESULTS
    By being effective at CSI we get results. In our business results mean lower administration expense for the client. CSI is constantly looking at ways to better serve our clients. In today’s business climate change is constant which is why at CSI we keep an open mind for the kind of change that will obtain even better results for our client’s by making us more effective.

  5. EXPERTISE
    All CSI personnel have the expertise to achieve the goals that we establish for the purpose of getting results for our clients. We don’t assign complex matters to anyone who may not have the ability to understand what is needed to obtain optimum results for our clients. At the same time we always conduct high levels of internal communication in addition to high levels of client communication. By doing this on a consistent basis, we gain even more expertise and get even better results.
