Claims Services, Inc. is an all lines TPA with equal expertise in every aspect of claims administration.

CSI is an all lines TPA offering total claims management flexibility. CSI has resources for workers' compensation, general liability, auto liability and auto no-fault. Our licensed adjusters have the experience to assist clients in the reduction of their self-insured program and at the same time increase client knowledge to the extent that the client gains cost reduction procedures in their respective programs.

CSI has developed a claims information system that will provide the latest updated information at all times with the added ability to customize reports within minimum time periods and almost always with no added cost to the client. CSI offers claim reviews/audits with the location being that of the client or at CSI's location. At CSI we develop relationships by having claims personnel meet the individuals that they will be working with during the claims process.

Claims Services,Inc. has the unique ability to get involved with any claim at any part of the claims process. We do not turn the claim over to any outside resource, unless the client requests this.

Examples of Our Results

Last year CSI recovered five times the amount that a client paid CSI. This type activity is a common occurrence for CSI because they do not have individual work loads that effect the success of this part of what they do.

CSI handled a workers' compensation claim that involved the amputation of an employees foot at the ankle. With immediate response and the utilization of the right resources CSI was able to get that person back to work, at his old job. CSI will not guarantee that this can happen every time with an injury this serious, however, by knowing what to do and doing it immediately, the chances of success are greatly enhanced.
